GeoProMining financed reconstruction of a summer swimming pool in Ararat region
GeoProMining, a diversified international group of mining companies (GPM or a Company) financed a project of capital reconstruction of a summer pool and adjacent infrastructure in the village of Ararat at Ararat region of the Republic of Armenia. Within the framework of the project, the company renovated the swimming pool of 450 square meter, constructed locker rooms, bathroom unit, shower and a summer café. The company equipped with modern amenities the territory of the pool, like beach chairs, tents, umbrellas, etc. The summer camp is transferred under the control of the local self-government authority. The pool is designed as a recreation zone for the population of Ararat region.

Such initiatives are a good example of a corporate social program “Resources for the good cause”, which contributes to the improvement of social conditions of the residents of the regions. I am glad that the completion of the project coincided with the hot weather period in Armenia, and I am sure that the new recreation zone will add more colors to the summer leisure of the residents of Ararat region”,- said the President of GeoProMining Group Roman Khudoliy.
