What to expect from Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration?
President Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration ceremony preparations are almost finished. There is everything needed for the ceremony- the invitations are sent, the majority of the guests have already arrived.
It is said that the ceremony will not be so attractive with participation of high-ranking guests, however, judging from the guests' list, it is not less representative.
Of course, neither Vladimir Putin nor President Barack Obama's will attend Serzh sargsyan's inauguration ceremony (their absence, however, is not linked to Raffi Hovannisian's factor), but instead, NKR PresidentBako Sahakyan will attend the ceremony.
It was previously known that the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will also be present, but, unfortunately for him, "managed" to break his hand, and thus deprived of the opportunity to participate in Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration.
Strategic partner Russian Federation will be represented at the level of the presidential staff Sergei Ivanov, who before Dmitry Medvedev's revelation, was considered Vladimir Putin's most likely successor and during the years of the post of Defense Minister Serzh Sargsyan had experience of years. Of course, there will also be delegates from Russia, such as "Rosatom" State Corporation CEO director Sergei Kirienko, RF Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and others.
On April 9 Serzh sargsyan's inauguration ceremony will be attended by officials from the Czech Republic, Belarus, Romania, the UK, Lebanon, Iran, Georgia, Moldova, Canada, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Argentina, Spain, Japan and Portugal. From Georgia the event will be attended by the Minister of Culture of Georgia Mirian Odisharia, State Minister for Repatriation Paata Zakareashvili, Georgia's President's adviser Van Bayburt and Georgian MP Ruslan Poghosyan.
From neighboring Iran Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, the representative of the parliament Mehdi Davadgari and Deputy Head of the Department for Relations with the Caucasus and the CIS, Mohammad Reza Nafar will attend the inauguration ceremony. State Minister of Lebanon Marwan Hereddin will also attend the ceremony. A number of accredited Ambassadors of Armenia will attend the ceremony, too.
Note that the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian will attend the inauguration ceremony, and the first President, the leader of the opposition party, "Armenian National Congress" Levon Ter-Petrosyan was not invited at all. We already know that the leader of "Prosperous Armenia" party Gagik Tsarukyan will not attend the ceremony. According to the press service, Tsarukyan is abroad now. Runner-up in the elections and declared himself President, Raffi Hovannisian is also not invited, at the same time of tomorrow's Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration, the inauguration of "New Armenia" will also be held.
Tomorrow Serzh Sargsyan will come out of the presidential residence, then will go to SCC after K Demirchyan, swear, and then the second term of the third President of the Republic of Armenia will begin. The ceremony of inauguration is not even comparable with the inauguration of 2008. Hope, that the second term as President will be incomparable with the first. At this time, no one "holds" Serzh Sargsyan's hands, and in fact, there are not any obstacles on the way of "ensuring Armenia". Unless during the presidential campaign the promises were given with the intent to perform ...
